Return Policy

Crystalishious stands behind its product. The items ordered are custom made goods, many being made from unique crystal settings and rare leather goods to customer's specifications. Therefore, no refunds are accepted. Should you experience any workmanship problems with your purchase, Crystalishious will repair or replace the product at Crystalishious' election, given the item is not worn, and is complete in its original packaging.

All orders are hand made and are shipped via FedEX Ground. Customer shall pay for the cost of shipping to and from Crystalishious. International shipping requires a Verified Paypal account, where we securely process all credit card orders and requires minimal setup to use.

Customer understands that this is not a "personal satisfaction" contract. While we do our very best to ensure quality, stones can be lost. Proper care is always advised for your genuine leather and Swarovski adorned items. Crystalishious is not responsible for any crystal loss due to exceptional wear or handling.
